Two things that are hard to get too much of are Training and Coaching.  In our hypercompetitive world, we are constantly working on the edge of our expertise.  Formal training is no longer limited to academic studies; it is now part and parcel of everyday life.

We oversee user training to ensure users are properly trained to use the applications and tools they have at their disposal. 

In the case of a major system installation or upgrade, we ensure that everyone, technician and end users alike, have adequate training to effectively use their new resources.

We also provide IT Updates to C-Suite Executives and their Boards of Directors to ensure that IT and the Business remain in alignment and that senior management is considering the impact of future IT changes and opportunities for the business.
